Description
Preheat oil on high flame (180°C). If you don’t have a temperature gauge, sprinkle some bread crumbs in the hot oil. If crumbs start bubbling and frying immediately, the oil is sufficiently hot to start frying the product
– Once the oil is heated, immerse the frozen breaded product in the hot oil and then immediately reduce the heat to medium.
– Fry for 3-5 minutes till the bread crumbs are golden brown.
– Remove and drain excess oil.
– Serve hot.
